The grape is gently destemmed before a short maceration. Afterwards it is softly pressed before the decanting process which clears up the obtained must. The must ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, then the wine ages for 6 months. It is then bottled and kept in thermo-controlled rooms for about 2 months.
Yellow colour and copper shades. Intense, pleasant and captivating perfume, with its scent of melon, carob, sweet mock orange, nettarine peach, pear, almond tree flowers, ginger and candied papaya. Structured, enveloping and sapid taste. Scent of apricot, clementine is mixed with scent of whipped cream, almond milk, pistachio, nettle aroma in the end.
It pairs very well with seafood, shellfish appetizers, risotto and vegetable pie.
