Pressing process; fermentation and ageing in inox steel; further fermentation in pressurized tanks with Charmat method for 4 months.

Tasting Notes

Bright and intense straw-coloured with a floral and fruity scent. Its taste is soft, intense and well balanced.

Pairings

It pairs well with ham or culatello aperitifs and swordfish carpaccio, seafood first courses or tortellini with mushrooms, quail meat, sirloin or seafood second courses.
